It's Hair Time!

Special Education ProvidersLast month some of our students from High Road Academy and High Road Upper School participated in the 2009 Bennett Career Institute/Reunion Hair Show. Bennett Career Institute has partnered with High Road Schools and our DC-PACT program.

Our DC-PACT program is headed by our transition director Mrs. Winsome Falby it offers transitional/vocational courses in cosmetology, computer graphic design, information technology, and child care. We also assist our students with resume writing, preparing for job interviews, completing online job and/or college applications and particpating in college tours and/or visiting vocational and trade schools throughout the school year.
